The execution plan is probably from the general contractor, who is either the shell builder himself and tries to make sense of his botched drawings, or it’s a lottery how they are interpreted (and the staircase can actually only be planned once the ceiling on the ground floor is in place).

The staircase builder will install any staircase for you. But once the concrete is poured, you can no longer decide if 25.5 cm tread depth is sufficient for you.

The basement is built, the ground floor as well, and currently the upper floor is being bricked.
