Stair area 3.04m x 2.25m - 15 or 16 steps

Hello everyone,

in a few days we have the sampling for the staircase. On the stair builder's website there are floor plan suggestions for the staircase. We have planned 3.04m x 2.25m for the staircase area. You can find the floor plan for the house here in the forum at the following link.



The staircase provider suggests 16 steps for the area on the internet. Here in the forum 15 steps are mentioned. Therefore, I wanted to ask again what your opinion is? 15 or 16 steps?

Maybe someone also has a similar amount of space for the staircase in their house and 15 or 16 steps.

What is the story height? Common are a rise <18.5cm and a tread >26cm. With today's ceiling heights + floors, one usually ends up with 16 steps.

What is the floor height?

The floor height should be 2.92m, right? See also picture.

If I recalculate the planned staircase, I come to 16 steps (0.1825 m / 0.255 m)

The tread is not really generous. Rather too small. You need 3.16 m length of the staircase. Or you make 15 mm Übertritt per step. Which, however, does not allow for very comfortable walking down.
