Stability of a prefab house - is there anything to consider?

yes, that's why prefabricated houses are only bungalows, because the ceilings can't hold anything :), actually, the purchase documents should also include information about the components, that is, how the ceiling is dimensioned and how much point load it can bear.

For safety, only one person always goes upstairs, the other can watch downstairs to see if the ceiling gives way ;)

2300 liters are 2.3 tons and that's not even evenly distributed, for that you would have to lay a lot of vinyl, put a piano in and a water bed next to it.

Fifty years ago, we had solid carpenter-made furniture, and the washing machine was standing on vinyl flooring - in a house that has now been standing for 115 years. I still check it daily and it's doing well. It is indeed built of masonry, but of course has modern wooden ceilings. Everything is fine.
