Hello Dirk,
And I wonder how it is assumed everywhere that BU/BT craftsmen operate outside the norm and cannot make mistakes ..!?
I already wrote that it is "at most" (meaning only) annoying – what is the BT supposed to do if he made a mistake, but because of the planned shaft, he can only go back? What would it bring the OP to insist on the approved planning? Exactly, nothing at all!
It is certainly not customer-friendly for the BT to react with a shrug. But it is equally wrong – at least from my point of view – to make a mountain out of a molehill ("I am slowly getting really annoyed and considering legal advice").
No, it was fundamentally right (see above). What is missing is the agreement on a "small" concession; nothing more ;)
Rhenish greetings
I’m just wondering how one cannot see the damage!? The apartment has a different layout in the new version, which may contradict the planned use.

The crux of the matter here is probably the approval of the change, which is unwise from the client’s perspective because she thereby confirms that the change planning results in an equivalent use for her.
