Space behind tall cabinet for sockets

I have another question regarding sockets for the electrical appliances:
In the picture, you see 3 tall cabinets: in the middle tall cabinet there should be a fridge/freezer combo, to the left of it the oven.

I thought I would place the sockets for the oven and fridge/freezer combo on the kitchen wall under the oven, where the two drawers are. The idea is, if I ever want to make one of the appliances powerless, I just remove one or both drawers and simply unplug the device. For this, I would cut out a section in the back panel of the tall cabinet at the height of the sockets in the wall.
Question:
How much space remains between the back panel and the drawer? In case I give the electrical appliances an angled Schuko plug, would it then be possible to fully close the drawers without them resting against the plug?
Although the kitchen plan is made with Metod, it is still not decided whether Faktum or Metod or Metod with rail or directly on the wall will be used.
If it is not possible this way, where else can I provide the sockets for the electrical appliances so that I can unplug them at any time?

with FAKTUM there is still 6-7 cm of space between the back panel and the drawer. However, the back panel is only about 13 cm high, so you can safely install the socket where there is nothing. With METOD there are also higher drawers.
You should then make sure that no cable lies inside the cabinet where drawers could rub against it.
However, it is not really necessary to be able to pull out the plug, since the socket for the oven must be separately fused and you can simply switch off the circuit breaker.
If it is being newly built anyway, I would also provide the fridge-freezer combo with its own circuit.

Not quite, the equipment cabinets have a recessed back panel, which means if the back panel is installed, the devices will no longer fit inside. This is a small safety measure so that the DIYer does not block the ventilation of the devices. Accordingly, no slides will fit either when the back panel is installed.

Sockets should never be directly behind the device.

Right, the 6-7 cm refer to normal cabinets with the 53 cm deep drawers. With the back panel, however, the 45 cm deep pull-outs fit into the cabinet. Extra space is left for air circulation. More circulation also means more dust. That is why I would not want to do without the back panel behind the drawers.

Thank you, so 6-7cm distance between the drawer and the kitchen wall (as I understood correctly, there is no cabinet back wall for the drawers in the tall appliance cabinets) is certainly more than enough for an angled Schuko plug. I will probably then cut a small gap in the rear side wall of the tall cabinets (at the kitchen wall) and guide the refrigerator cable over to the oven cabinet. Best regards Section Chief

If the cable is not too short or the socket not too high, you can lead it underneath without having to cut anything. The plug does not fit through a small gap.
