Does the FAKTUM kitchen also have as long a warranty as Metod? What do I do if a front breaks after 15 years and there is no replacement available?
The rumor persists stubbornly, but there never was and still isn’t a repurchase guarantee. Neither for Faktum nor for Metod. There is a repurchase service, which is a significant difference.
I wasn't concerned about repurchase guarantees either, but rather when something is broken and replacement is no longer possible. But it was just curiosity anyway, I have no factum.
I personally don't think anything of this guarantee. It is a pure sales argument to show how convinced one is of their own quality. The chance of actually getting a 1:1 exchange after 10 years is virtually zero. There will always be compensation in another form.
