So the calculation is flawed in itself... you cannot compare the efficiency of burning fossil fuels in a power plant and at home 1:1. Also, the electricity consumption is assumed to be fixed. But that's not really the point of my question. You yourself mentioned that the differences are not that significant. I agree with that, but I assume a positive development with rising prices for fossil fuels. Electric power can be generated by oneself in a pinch (which, of course, again would require calculating the investments)... But I don't want to go into such detail at the moment. The construction costs are currently the biggest question mark for me...

Yes, if anything, I only want one drilling. The question, however, is very clearly whether that is sufficient or even possible.
By the way, it is about approx. 160m2 of living space with three people. The plan is to build with 36cm Ytong without additional insulation, although I have not yet finalized these considerations.
How about maintenance or repairs? If the drilling is done in the garden, as I said, I would no longer be able to get heavy equipment there, and no one wants to dig 50-100m with a spade.
