I strongly recommend that you first read extensively here. From the specialization on one district, I conclude that you already have a specific plot of land. Then please provide more details about the plot. How flat is it (measured, not felt or estimated)? My impression is not "top" (= very good), but only "good". I am putting the company on my watchlist; they could be a candidate for my "tenders". The fantasy measurements on the model house bother me. The website is mediocre, which is not proof but a strong indication of a recommendable company.

Then reflect on how many rooms with which functions you need, and remember in which houses or holiday homes you have felt most comfortable. We ourselves were surprised that we only need 3 rooms, but with a large open-plan room and a sauna; in Berlin, you could come visit us. has built a similar concept but implemented it completely differently

I only know the company offline and they are building well here in our region. I often hang around construction sites and talk to the workers on site. Purely out of private interest. That makes more sense to me than judging by a website.

If I see that the construction workers are local skilled workers who are also well paid, that the work is carried out solidly, then you can somehow make a judgment.
