Unfortunately, I don't have the time for that. Maybe a look into a common physics book or wiki will help. During my studies, temperature was measured in °C and energy in kWh! It is unlikely that this has changed since then. In the end, everyone gets what they truly deserve

Hello €uro

in your studies, you should have also learned something about energy conservation
Energy cannot be "produced" or "consumed," energy can only be transformed from one form to another – does that ring a bell?

And what do you do every day with your kettle or your coffee machine?

Exactly – convert energy in the form of electrical current into heat!
What unit does current have?
And what does it do?
Exactly!
Heat the water by several °C

Is the current consumed in the process?
What color is the current?

Best regards from the Ruhr area

Hi,

That's right!

Energy is converted into thermal energy, not into temperature. Thus, temperature is not equal to energy nor to thermal energy. Temperature merely describes the state.

So, equating temperature directly with energy is, in my opinion, somewhat bold....

So in winter the system won’t help you much with water or heating. It’s a nice bonus, but it’s more noticeable in summer and the transition periods. November, December and January… there’s not much you can do with solar thermal alone.

I have a few graphics regarding orientation and inclination, let’s see if I can embed them, they are very interesting.
