Unfortunately, I don't have the time for that. Maybe a look into a common physics book or wiki will help. During my studies, temperature was measured in °C and energy in kWh! It is unlikely that this has changed since then. In the end, everyone gets what they truly deserve...Surely €uro has a detailed and factual justification for such a qualified claim.

Solar thermal system:
- Orientation and inclination should behave analogously to photovoltaics – maybe the optimal orientation here is more towards the west, since I want to capture the heat…
- Regarding economic efficiency: How long does the temperature hold in the hot water tanks? As well insulated as they are today, I would estimate about 12-14 hours. That means in summer I can use the water from the solar thermal system to shower/bathe the whole family in the evening.
And even until the next morning there should still be warm shower water left.
In winter (assuming good weather, of course) the hot water tank should still be warm enough that I can cover my needs in the evening.
Furthermore, I connect my dishwasher and washing machine to the hot water as well. It’s silly if I keep heating the water for these appliances electrically or with geothermal energy and let the water next to the tank cool down unused…
Personally, I have only heard good things from those I know who have a solar thermal system. None of them are dissatisfied…
