maybe electric cars will be useful in 15 years... currently that is not an option for us.

What do you mean by that? Since we have our e-up, the rest of the fleet just sits around. No car is nearly as much fun. And it’s economical, too. Finally, no more gas stations. :)

The probability is so low that I wouldn’t invest in complicated technical preparations for that.

Also one-sided. What is even "correct" when starting from different basic assumptions.

To everyone else: From 24.11. there will be a KfW program granting a €900 subsidy per charging point for electric cars.

The note is good, but unfortunately the funding is tied to smart boxes. More details will be available in November. However, it will be expensive, and there will be restrictions, for example, you may only charge at 11 kW. Yes, that is enough for many, but I wanted 22 kW. The first electric cars with 150 kWh batteries are already waiting in the wings :)

With my storage, I did not buy any electricity from the beginning of April until the end of October. My supplier is pleased about that.

They have been around for a while and unfortunately you can currently only reliably get this charging power on the road at Tesla stations. Especially since the kWh price there is consistently fair. If you run the battery down to 5-10%, you have 400km in 15-20 minutes. In Ellwangen, the Etron is still parked at the XYZ station while the Tesla has already passed Kassel. Installing 150kW at home - that's an expensive connection  .
