If you have a sauna at home, you will use it all year round. Especially after physical exertion, sauna sessions feel very good. The muscles relax and a pleasant feeling of tiredness sets in. So first sports or gardening, then sauna, shower, doze on the balcony for 30 minutes, shower again, and a few meters further go to sleep. It hardly gets better than that.
