Well, you can also reclassify everything as a disadvantage

Well then, go ahead and place the garage or at least 2 parking spaces next to the house. Maybe I'm just in an Easter egg shock and can't figure out the solution?

Collector vehicles are stored balanced, everyday vehicles that are moved and reparked several times a week can easily stay "crooked" overnight.

You mean you would simply place the house behind the parking spaces? Something like this:

(My program can't do curves. The zigzag line is supposed to symbolize the corner)

What do you do with the terrace? Prop it up? That would create quite a height difference to the garden.

I don't necessarily see two cars in one marital bed but quite unproblematically parked separately.

No, in your drawing the house would still be within the canopy area, hence my suggestion to move it if it is a planned tree.

That doesn’t make it any easier, does it? You also have a slope from right to left and not just from back to front, to put it simply. How are you supposed to curve around there and how many driveways will you build? I know you would also place cars somewhere on the street in the middle of nowhere, but here placing them on the property is mandatory, I assume. How big is a tree canopy usually? The distance here is about 6.5m to the trunk. It depends on the type of tree – but I think that’s quite decent. Not every tree has to be an oak like in Oakland.
