Slanted walls for more square meters - sensible or not?

Perhaps the development plan also allows a slight tilt of the house ... something like this ... of course it needs to be better adjusted. The "wedge" between the utility room and the garage could be added to the garage, a small storage space for bicycles or something like that. The second projection at the top of the plan could also be removed.

The "jagged" aspect of this zigzag wall is only that the corner does not mark/flank a transition, but lies right in the middle of the dining area.
