Would the sleeping floor be best accommodated on the ground floor or basement? I think the floor plan needs to be fundamentally reconsidered.
Yes, all floor plans definitely need to be redesigned when the cards of the room program have been reshuffled. Whether the living or sleeping basement is a matter of outlook, not least. And of course, with a slope always a "real" architect. My standard answer to the correct garage location is known to be: "what's left over." Childless people with double Porsches may see it differently, but for me it is not a question: the least beautiful children's room gets the cars. Parents, children, (guests and) lively pets, tin pets — that is the divine order.
Alternatively, a landing staircase or a straight staircase with a turn at the entrance or exit is an option if it could be better/more space-savingly integrated here.
The space economy of the staircase begins with its location. Then comes the shape, whereby the mistake is often made to look only at the stair surface itself, instead of considering the staircase circulation area: this increases when the entrance and exit are further apart.
Honestly, we already had a house style in mind long before the plot was purchased.
To those who prefer feel-good movies instead of crime thrillers, it should be said that bloodstains are unavoidable, and soot marks by wearing gloves. In this respect, Google should actually always display a warning when searching for the term "Pinterest house pictures" or "~ floor plans," advising to enter this area only with an existing plot and after confirmation of the development plan reading. Otherwise, the brainwashing needed will be a dreadful scrub and never completely successful ;-)
