Single-family house south slope floor plan - Please provide feedback

You could quite clearly see what was behind the design. However, in my eyes, it is very poorly executed. Also, the "we'll just put a cupboard in front of it and lock the doors" is a very lazy compromise based on not knowing how to implement it. Instead, the small rooms are crammed full of doors. Who wants to rent something like that? A student out in the sticks?
