Maybe swap the kitchen and living room. Then the kitchen is next to the terrace and the bay window is not in the way

Kitchen -> Guest
Living -> Dining
Guest -> Living

I would rather swap like this: Eating -> Kitchen Kitchen -> Guest Living -> Eating Guest -> Living

I would also rotate the guest room. Or swap it with kitchen, dining and living room <–>

I would move the garage further north, place the house entrance laterally in the east. Then the house can be planned even narrower and longer. Cancel the bay window for the dining room. Then it would also be possible for the living and dining room to follow the eastern corner of the property and thus have a southwest orientation in this room with a corresponding terrace.
