To the bathroom on the ground floor

The shower is 1.5 x 1.5 m, wheelchair fits inside and assistance could be provided

Door is 1 m wide and you can access the sink (not wheelchair accessible)
Next to the sink there is space to hand over razor, toothbrush, comb

The flush-mounted WC installation is reinforced with solid wood on the left and right so that handles can be installed. It can be approached with a walker, wheelchair without having to back up.
Assistance can be provided during toilet use

Different topic:

I have now received some consumption values from 2018 from the current tenant of the summer toboggan run & Prijut12 (bar/restaurant):

    [*]Electricity: 48,000 KWh
    [*]Natural gas: 34,000 KWh

The distance to the house is about 80 m, to the planned supply shaft about 25 m.

As a family of five, we consume about 2,600 KWh of electricity annually in our 107 sqm apartment in Leipzig.

Question: Based on this data, would you recommend planning electricity & heating so that all three properties (Prijut12, summer toboggan run, single-family house) are supplied?

The consumption does not decrease. You only save the discount.

How much additional cost would arise during the development?
How generously is the main connection designed?
With electricity, you pay for different amber numbers. Not that it is sufficient for the ski lift, toboggan run, and kitchen, but it collapses because the oven is on in the house and the electric car is plugged in.
And then there is the question of what the supplier says about it.

Topic heating system: Take a look at the topic of ice storage heating. Simple, innovative, and environmentally conscious. Perhaps a size too large in dimension. Unfortunately, we did not have the site to install a corresponding storage tank.
