Hello everyone,

we received a floor plan from our planner that we were not entirely satisfied with. Now I have drawn a little myself. What do you think? The windows are not yet drawn in or only the approximate location for some.

Best regards

Man, this is getting boring. There's nothing to complain about here either. I like it. And the technology separated from the utility room - very very good.

So, now a few facts :-)
We are two adults and one child. Hopefully, there will be two someday. We want the kitchen and dining area in one room, but the living room should be separable. Downstairs, we would like a WC with a shower, a storage room, and the utility room. The terrace should be accessible from the kitchen and somewhat covered. We need a large garage because we are building without a basement. The garage should have direct access to the house.
Upstairs, we need two children's rooms, a bedroom with a walk-in closet (my husband works in shifts), a bathroom with a sauna, and a laundry room. The attic above the garage should also be accessible from the house. The walk-in closet should also be usable as a children's room in case of emergency. Actually, there should not be more than two children, but you never know...

Thank you, Manu. But how do we get light into the hallway on the upper floor?

Hello,

With a pitched, hip, or pyramid roof structure through a daylight spot; with a flat roof through a double casement window.

That was easy now :D

Which roof shape are you getting? Perhaps you can install a skylight or a light shaft.
