I always find it interesting how briefly the sections are answered. Are you just as curt with the planner? After all, it's about your house, isn’t it?! Every question has its justification… So what now? Is there a development plan or not? Is it really the case that exactly and only your wishes are allowed? Do you have a site plan? A garden is everywhere where nothing has been built... What is that red rectangle supposed to be? About the house: I find the windows a bit too few or too small in relation to the walls. The sqm in the hallway by the front door is a lost sqm. Down the stairs, then you run into a wall. The wardrobe for 4 people is too small. Hallway is dark for its length. The door to the living area I find too subordinate. The stairs do not do the house any favors. I would move the garage, that is the red rectangle, further back, next to the entrance door a deep window, possibly angle the stairs. Swap kitchen and office. Swap pantry and WC. Let the hallway flow into the living area without a wall. Open everything up a bit. Upstairs, give up the first sqm in the utility room in the hallway. This creates openness with a window. In my opinion, the bedroom doesn’t work at all: bring the dressing room forward and create a cozy corner for the bed. The children's rooms are a bit large, but the space is there, if the whole floor plan is not turned upside down.
