What changes or errors have we made in the room layout of the individual floors? Is the building cost breakdown realistic? (According to the architects, approximately 13% additional ancillary construction costs are added)

Orientation: Entrance East, Garden area West

Number of parking spaces: 2 units + double garage
Number of floors: 2 full floors
Roof type: hip roof

Requirements of the builders:

Basement, floors: fully basement, 2 full floors
Room requirements on ground floor, upper floor: everything included in the floor plan
Office: family use or home office?: home office

Number of dining seats: 10

Balcony, roof terrace: yes

Yes, please jpg.

What strikes me at first glance:

Why the slanted door on the upper floor for the bedroom and children's room? What is that supposed to achieve???
Almost 33 sqm for bedroom and dressing room, but only 14 sqm for a bathroom that four people are supposed to use. That seems unbalanced to me...
One child has balcony access, the other gets the short end of the stick, which is also not ideal.
What do you need 23 sqm bedroom for? Is something else planned there besides sleeping?

The north direction is also missing for me, but I assume the bedroom is also in the nicest southern location.
Accordingly, I would completely redesign the upper floor:
Equally sized children's rooms with balcony access for both (or completely dispense with the balcony; based on experience, it is hardly ever used if there is a garden) facing south.
Reduce the size of the bedroom and make the bathroom bigger or (even better) plan a children's bathroom.

At the top it says in the opening post: Orientation: East entrance, garden area West thus the bedroom is located northwest

I think you do have the money already, but do you really need a 200m² house with a full basement for 4 people? Who will clean the whole thing? Without a basement and with appropriate substitute rooms on the ground floor and upper floor, I can understand 200m², we are also planning roughly that size (rooms are not tiny but also no ballrooms). But if you have a whole additional floor available?

I have the impression you planned the ground floor and then the rest of the area just resulted that way. Maybe consider making the upper floor smaller than the ground floor. Or move the multipurpose and utility rooms to the basement?
