A bench is planned under the window in the wardrobe. One wall would be enough for us to place it. t
And which wall shall that be? Right side of the plan? If a 60 cm deep cabinet fits there at all – with a bench under the window, you can’t open the cabinet.
We have the attic as a storage room.
And how often a week is the stairway to the attic lowered? And how much standing space do you have there? And which door is supposed to block the stairs so that you can’t get into the rooms?
A utility room with 2 sliding doors is planned behind the carport at the property boundary.
But surely not for hobby stuff...
You are sugarcoating quite a bit.
The location of the guest WC and the walk-in closet would be a reason for me to redesign. You mentioned the problem of orientation at the beginning. I wonder why you didn’t address that in the floor plan as well?
Otherwise, even with some shift of windows and doors (so not clumsily centered, but thoughtfully... and the terrace window in the north also makes the house skewed) this would be a good design with a north-south orientation.
