Silicate paint on walls, dispersion paint on ceiling, color differences?

I painted my entire house with [Dispersionssilikatfarbe Keim Innostar] and am very satisfied with it. The drywall had to be painted twice, especially that green stuff in the bathroom, walls only once. And the concrete ceiling I completely plastered and sanded beforehand with a friend using Knauf Rotband. It was a tedious job, but it was worth it. For safety, I primed everything beforehand because the manufacturer recommends it, especially to avoid color differences. I did a lot of preliminary work with fine filler, which absorbs differently than gypsum plaster. Always use what the manufacturer recommends here, don’t just get the store brand at Obi... The opinion of some guy from NRW here who can’t tell silicate paint from [Dispersionssilikatfarbe]... I’ve rarely read such nonsense.

He is just a desk theorist and only knows the construction site from photos or the painter's role only from stories. Of course, the craftsman always says that this and that is absolutely impossible. But he wants to make money, and usually as easily as possible, that is, the way he always does.

The alkaline effect is anyway only interesting in the first few years, because new buildings are particularly susceptible to mold and fungus then.
If after 2 heating periods everything is completely dry, then you hardly have a problem anymore. Because silicate paint, of course, does not replace ventilation. The wall does not like to mold, but the backs of cabinets certainly can.

But still, I would be interested in the chemical-physical background of how a paint that consists of more than 95% minerals loses this property over time.
Does gypsum plaster also become organic over its lifetime? Will my walls say good morning to me in 15 years and will I end up having to go to the hairdresser with them or do homework with them?
