Should a parking space be included/submitted in the building application?

By having the roof terrace, the garage loses its privilege in terms of boundary development. This way, you basically block off your entire property. Would maybe 2 separate and detached carports/garages suffice? You could push them to the boundary and it would leave something like a "garden" in the middle in front of the house.

From where do you drive up? From the south? Are the red things the parking spaces or the driveway? And how are you supposed to tell the difference between driveway and parking spaces now? By the way, I agree with the landscape gardener with his arguments, nevertheless the two mentioned parking spaces simply remain the driveway respectively the driveway are two parking spaces.

The question was whether the red things should be declared as driveway and parking spaces in the building permit application?
