As I said. Take a look at it. Either as a built-in wardrobe or, in your case, probably better as a walk-in closet. If interested, I could write more about it.

Have you ever looked on Pinterest? I just searched for "shoe organization" there. There are tons of creative ideas, some even for a very small budget. Immediately interesting to me was the idea of stacking wine crates with a divider in the middle. That's also nice to look at. Ikea recently also has these plastic pieces for 1 euro that you can use to stack shoes on shelves. I don't know if they are really practical, I have hardly any shoes. They are called Murvel.

Unfortunately, it’s not the right one. I need it without doors and quite simple, so it doesn’t have to go all the way up. But I’ll remember it for other rooms :) Just! And on FB in such a household organization group... there are also the fruit crates represented.

I would plan something like this:
With a room depth of 95cm, you only have one option, namely to install shelves with a maximum depth of about 40cm (for shoes) at the front and the clothes rail on the left. The other way around, you hardly have any room to move.

I have drawn something.
Regardless of the measurements, I would plan roughly like this:
- A tall cabinet with shelves at the front and a 2-drawer unit integrated at a comfortable height.
(Alternatively, a shoe rack as shown on the right in the picture)
- The wardrobe on the left.
- On the right, perhaps install several hooks for bags, hats, etc.

Alternatively, one could have a proper shoe rack with a slant.

The red area at the bottom is your movement radius.

You need to look at "Walk-in Closet."
There are elements without doors.
You can individually select the height.
The width follows a grid and the depth is preset at 41 cm.
Additionally, you can buy shelves, clothes rails, drawer units, and drawer compartments.

I did... Yes, and then it failed... I didn't want to break the 30cm mark ;)
