If you don’t even understand my contribution, how are the Poles supposed to on your own construction site? I wrote 1. about the challenges of the German-Polish language barrier which is not trivial for me as a German (a little "communication" is not enough, in execution plans—which also include shell constructions—it sometimes concerns tricky details) and 2. about a forum member who, as a native Pole still fluent in the language, nevertheless had his house in Brandenburg in the border commuting area built by a German general contractor. My posts do not have to be sufficient alone for the questioner to draw useful conclusions. Ask yourself how well you master the native language of your contractors in order to finally clarify and discuss execution plans (in which of the two languages?). My Polish is not enough for that, but the mentioned forum member’s is, yet he still chose a German general contractor. Make of this information what you want.
Thank you for your contribution. That is interesting. Do you know why he still chose a German general contractor even though he is Polish? Regarding the language, I wrote that the provider should at least speak English. I myself speak business fluent English.
