Hello everyone,
I have a question about the sequence. Our shell construction has been completed. Is the process correct so far, as we are coordinating everything with self-contracting.
*Windows are ordered
*House connections will be introduced in week 38
*Insulate the roof
When windows and doors are installed then are
*Electrician/plumbing heating rough-in
*Install window sills inside
*Interior plaster/exterior plaster
*Screed
*Electrician/heating
*Chimney
*Tiles
*Floor coverings

When will the ceiling on the upper floor be covered with drywall sheets and when will the attic ladder be installed?

Thank you

However, the underfloor heating should be installed before the screed (between plaster and screed)

and the sanilöter should also come back to the tiles once more...

which is also a bit unfortunate when the heating is not working yet (Thema estrcih aufheizprogramm)

House connections are only available once construction is complete.

Quick question: [Rohbau] means that electricians and possibly [HLB] have already been there and installed empty conduits/ventilation ducts into the filigree concrete ceiling, right?

Conduits are installed. Underfloor heating before screed is clear. House connections will be laid next week, although the shell is not yet closed, I have locked the technical room in the basement with a construction door for the MSA. Seems to be working as well. This week I am insulating the roof/upper floor ceiling and already the next question arises.

When will the attic ladder be installed? And when will the drywall sheets be put on... before or after the plaster/screed? I can’t leave an opening in the ceiling; all the moisture from plastering and screed would rise into the uninsulated attic.

Thanks for the helpful tips
