The "route" to the kindergarten does not pass directly by the said property. The property is at the edge of the development area. Therefore, there will be no points of contact for us regarding the topic of "dropping off and picking up children."

I see the proximity of the kindergarten as an advantage since we plan to have children and everything is easily accessible on foot (kindergarten, primary school, bus connections to further schools).

In this case, the property is top-notch and, for your situation, relatively a prime location.

I actually have the kindergarten right on the other side of the street. Small, maybe 40 children, I have hardly ever noticed a car parked there (and I have been there at various times, it's still under construction) and the playing children are definitely not disturbing. When they are there, I'm at work, and when I retire, I will probably already have sufficiently poor hearing.

In front of my daughter's elementary school, the cars do pile up as well, but the properties were snapped up like nothing. It's all a matter of supply and demand...

Fortunately, there are school projects where parents are forbidden to drive their little students to school. They are only allowed to accompany their kids on foot up to a certain point. Then the little ones have to continue on their own. GREAT!

Yes, this point for us is from week 2 onwards the school gate.
But I am also "guilty"... I drive the little one to kindergarten anyway (then continue to work), and the school is a 5-minute walk from the daycare and on the way. Since we usually don't manage it early enough (where's the shame smiley?) for the older one to still walk calmly, I mostly let her go out on her own. I vow to improve every week...
She has been walking the 10 minutes alone from her father for six weeks since starting school.
