Senso cast floor - Does anyone have experience?

We will use Bcrete, also throughout the entire ground floor. I am very excited!
Ask there if a price increase might be imminent. If so, it might make sense to fix the price beforehand.

Unfortunately, I cannot report any experience yet, as construction has unfortunately been delayed and everything is progressing at a snail's pace. But we have continued to plan the floor, including the bathrooms.

We are still at the beginning of the Senso floors topic and do not yet know what to make of the Senso floor. If it is made of plastic, won’t it become brittle at some point? So far, I have not found anything about the exact lifespan of Senso.

We wanted a cast floor that at the same time does not feel cold when walking barefoot and is also not rock hard, which we liked about Senso. It is made from a biopolymer, so a "bio" plastic, I can't say anything about its durability either. However, it can be sanded down and resealed or repaired, but they told us that this is only necessary after years or if you have a major damage. It is best if you check it out in a showroom or ask for references, there are various commercial spaces where it is installed.
