Hello, we have been living with a Senso floor since last December. We have Bcrete on the ground floor (so the floor is a bit "harder" there) and Fusion upstairs, where the children's rooms are, as a "softer" variant.
I can't say anything about the durability yet...
What was important to us when choosing was that the floor is good for sitting, lying down, walking barefoot, the seamless installation throughout the whole floor (and also no joints in the showers), that it is easy to clean, as well as the plant-based raw material and sustainability.
So far, we are very satisfied in all these areas. It really feels great to walk and sit on it. You just have to be careful with (wool) socks, as it has almost caused someone in the family to slip out of the curve...
We visited the showroom in Munich and "felt" the floor there. Because of the peak of Corona, we could not visit "real" users, but only talk on the phone.
The integration into our construction cost us some nerves. On the one hand, because no one knew it here: general contractor not, screed layer not, plumber not (because of the shower channel), tiler (sealing to wall tiles) not - this required several phone calls, personal visits from the Senso people, and always following up again. But everything could be resolved.
On the other hand, because Senso has a very tight schedule. They need the construction site for themselves for a whole week, which is scheduled right at the beginning, so that no dust gets on the floor. And tilers, stair builders, sanitary work should all be finished. We actually felt we had a lot of buffer time, but it was delayed so that it became tight to meet our appointment. And then nothing would have been guaranteed for the calendar year. But that could also be done.
That's it for now. If you want to know more - just ask.
