Hello everyone. What do you think of our floor plan? As laymen, we need your help. Where do you think we might have problems later on in the ground floor? Development plan/restrictions Size of the plot: 368m² Edge development: garage allowed Number of floors: two full floors Roof shape: gable roof 28 degrees House height 10m Style: modern Requirements of the builders Large living-dining area, as we spend most of our time there. We are a family with 2 children. Style, roof shape, building type: modern, gable roof Basement, floors: no basement. two full floors The attic will be converted into a studio. Number of people, age: 2 adults, 2 children, 37, 6,1 Open or closed architecture: rather open Conservative or modern construction: modern Open kitchen, cooking island: open kitchen with island Number of dining seats: 6-8 Fireplace: yes Music/stereo wall: no Balcony, roof terrace: no balcony Garage, carport: garage Utility garden, recreational garden, House design Who designed the plan: - Architect What do you particularly like? Why? We already like the floor plan very much. What do you not like? Why? Kitchen is far away from the terrace Price estimate according to architect/planner: Personal price limit for the house, including equipment: 350,000€ Type of heating: gas with underfloor heating If you have to give up, on which details/expansions can you not do without: Why did the design turn out the way it is now? urgs so open is really not my thing - is there another version with measurements instead of sqm Angaben? And what about the OG?

Do not know the development plan. Are you allowed to use the utility room as a boundary construction at your place?

Thank you for the response. The house has the size 9.60 x 11. Some things will still change in the upper floor. That is why only the ground floor was considered for now.

We are allowed to build within the blue line. I think the architect has taken this into consideration.

You should definitely consider how the living room should be furnished and where the TV should go. Currently, it is for a family that hardly watches TV.
