Is this an April Fool's comment? - otherwise, tell me what is so great about this. As I said, my main criticism is that the house looks like it was designed by a third party for an unknown person, i.e. N-O-T-H-I-N-G indicates that the interested family should be able to "see themselves" in it.

No April fool's joke, . Personally, I like it open. Of course, it's a matter of taste. The suggestions from about leaving out the office can be considered. And sure, the access from the utility room is awkward, but maybe practical. Plan a few doors as suggests, and I'd move in. I'm dead serious, really no April fool's joke. Are the construction costs of 350,000 euros sufficient?

This is a top marketable property that can find buyers like the proverbial hot cake (bread roll, bun, bread roll, bread roll). What "bothers" me "only" is that it just looks like an "offer to strangers," instead of a house for the specific family .

I thank you all for your great ideas. They are very important to me. The architect has actually implemented everything we wanted so far. He also proposed 2 variants to us; we liked this one better since we also wanted something different.

Is that it? Aren't you going to participate in the conversation at all? What about the suggestions?
