There are many in the forum who recommend planning the [OG] first and then the [EG], so that both match each other.

Some things will still change in the upper floor.

Currently, it is for a family that hardly watches TV.

I don't see a family here at all. I like it open, but looking out into the hallway corridor while cooking, next to the stairwell, as well as a door from the living room to the utility room, goes a bit too far. While the dining area can be quite good, you sit in the living room, where you actually want to enjoy some peace, in the active area of mail carriers, teenagers with visitors, dishwasher, and outside movement in a very unpleasant flow. Privacy is nowhere to be found. What about the football evening or the girls' talk? Where is that supposed to happen? Do all other family members have to participate then?
