Since you obviously have too much money, you might as well invest in an architect. The project shown is, in my opinion, rubbish and unworthy of discussion.

I agree with . Unfortunately, nothing really fits together. The kitchen on the ground floor is a joke, the bathrooms are unusable ... 80 cm showers and 20 cm windows, washbasins opposite the toilets with a room depth of not even 150 cm.

I also doubt the functionality of the staircase, especially the toilet position under the stairs could easily cause head bumps. With the outdoor staircase coming up from the basement, there is again a risk of head bumps, because your height dimensions refer to the thin lines. But no staircase looks like that.

The secondary apartment in the basement with its typical basement windows is serious - or not?

2m long narrow room with L-shaped access, which alone is 150 cm long (children's room).

I also think an architect should take a look.

Placeholders should at least have standard dimensions so that a room meets the requirements for the intended use. However, there are DIN standards for the distances of sanitary fixtures so that they can actually be used. For example, a hand washbasin in a main bathroom is not sufficient. I agree. Habitable rooms require sufficient daylight.

To be honest, I am strongly reminded of kerets87 from the Greens. I believe he also wants to let the architect finally share in his genius. Not recommended, but legal.
