Self-performance single-family house with basement - What is feasible?

You can lay the insulation under the screed yourself, I would prefer to be there anyway.... When painting, you have to calculate strictly: example: working hard inside for 3 weeks with 2 people plus decent paint.... Vs. having a painter do it, who gets the paint much cheaper, you can move in 3 weeks earlier and save the rent... Get a painting quote and then you can start calculating...
