I wouldn't know which part of the BDSG is being violated here.

Well, neither as a landlord nor as a lender am I obliged to provide money or an apartment to someone who (for whatever reason) doesn't suit me. But you will never find out, because in case of doubt there is always another reason to be found.

I don't see a problem there. If I don't want something that I have influence over, it simply won't happen. It's that simple.

And automated scores are not the worst invention, because otherwise there would be no 0% financing.

Good day,

Now perhaps a naive question: if you lend money privately, don’t you also set the pace at which it must be repaid?

It was and probably will never be otherwise that the giver sets the rules of the game. I see no difference in this, by the way, to an employer/employee relationship. If you don’t like the conditions, you can find another giver; this is the principle of free market economy and your good right. But if the supply of givers in the area you are looking in is manageable small, it comes down to accepting the rules of the first giver.

That is a strange argument, because almost every law summons opponents who—sometimes rightly, sometimes contrived—want to prevent its implementation. By the way, the people who formulate the laws/guidelines/etc. also cannot walk on water. Therefore, it is not so surprising that they make mistakes and have to correct them later. Drawing a justified accusation from this, I find, is very far-fetched.

Everyone is self-responsible in this society; if they cannot understand one issue or another, there are plenty of contact points to shed light on it. But usually, this path is avoided like the devil avoids holy water (also and especially in the case of a contract for work), since it costs some euros to get advice.

Correct. Although in my opinion, there are regulations you will find at every financial institution.

Whether, please—everyone can avoid these "scenarios." Those who "play along" should not complain.

I believe that without question :D
