Just because you didn't receive a separate invoice for it and therefore don't know how much the costs are, doesn't mean you haven't paid for it...

How many liters of construction water consumption do I have to expect for a solid house, construction period summer/autumn? Is it generally possible to use water from a garden well or does it depend on the water quality?

Yes, it is generally possible. Water quality? It will probably not matter to the screed or plaster. We do not know what the quality of our well water is/was.

By the way, a supplement regarding the classification of electricity: During the construction phase about 300 euros (without tower crane), the drying heating of approx. 120 sqm screed about 1300 euros, purely electric due to not installed heat pump.

So this is also contractually regulated for me. The contract states that the incidental construction costs such as construction electricity and water as well as house connection costs are borne by the developer.

: oleda222 meant that the costs for you were charged elsewhere. You will very likely not get anything for free.
