Secondary construction cost / Land cost / House construction cost - rough estimate

I am estimating ancillary building costs of 110-150k€ for our project, depending on the scope of work description of the ultimately selected construction company.

You probably have a lot included in the ancillary building costs that do not belong there but rather in other cost categories in calculations, such as garden and landscape construction -> outdoor facilities. Comparing apples and oranges only leads to misunderstandings. You are right, I was also not aware that ancillary construction costs are a strictly defined term. In my calculation, everything is included that is not related to the purchase of the land or the construction of the house, which I have to spend in order to ultimately move into the house and live in it.

So then my 80k is also not correct. Whereas for me, exterior facilities, earthworks, authorities, garage, etc. belong to the ancillary building costs. Everything that exclusively relates to the house construction falls into the category "house price"?!

The whole thread creation is just grotesque. Without plots of land, ancillary building costs are hardly calculable. The budget is simply too low to consider a new build in the region. So many good tips came from the participants here, which unquestionably point towards existing properties with renovation in [EL] or condominiums, that I can't understand why anyone is still thinking about a new build. A new build is incalculable with the budget, it is difficult even with a higher budget, and moreover, a new build is generally always more expensive than an equivalent existing building.
