Here it is solved in such a way that a hard rubber is glued onto the half-moon - it is a finished part.

Does the borehole have a consistent diameter of 35 mm throughout?
In the picture, it looks as if the 35 mm is only present at the beginning,

Continuous? It’s a circle after all. How is the bore supposed to have an irregular diameter there?

Did you possibly push the faucet forward or the threaded rod backward while tightening?

Hello again

in one picture it just looks as if the borehole is not continuous.
How tight did you screw the nut?
Since the threaded rod is not centered, the front part pulls onto the WT first.
