It looked exactly like that in the picture. But if that is just "work in progress," it will be alright (I would still pay attention to it before the spot is closed with a blend).

Could you be more specific, what does this flange look like and how does it have to be installed?

Thank you

Since images and links are difficult here, please research this yourself or discuss with the site management which type of cladding is planned there.

I had a huge argument earlier with the landscaping gardener because I was not satisfied with the process and removed the waterproofing (so from the scope of work). He then freaked out and kicked the curbstones with full force, but they held up really well.

He also said: "Just because Google says so doesn't mean you should believe every sh** on the internet."

I replied: well, not only Google says that.

I have to be fair and say that he had already delivered some materials (curbstones, sand, and cement), so I had only 2 options:

- either I pay for his materials and end everything
- or he does the remaining work

I chose option 2, as long as he does the work correctly, I can live with that.

I am the kind of person who does not immediately call everything off, maybe he has some private problems and reacted that way, it's not my problem really, but I try to show some patience. I could also smell alcohol, he had finished work earlier. (Well, still I find it strange to go to a customer like that.)

Still had leftovers of XPS panels, used them for the gaps, will cut the leftover adhesive flush and then cover it with a thick coating, possibly I would use a foil tape in that area.
