A stupid question - how much does an expert roughly cost? Are there any rules of thumb like price x per m2 of living space? Plus basement plus x euros? If you build with architects and want the main points to be checked. Is it more like 500 or 5,000€?

By the way, only one of our friends worked as A. in the new development area, and his client had an expert. His reputation is very good, by the way.
Our general contractor’s reputation is also very good.

With our construction, it was unfortunately the case that the defects only became apparent later, and by then the construction company was already insolvent. Well, unfortunately we were left empty-handed...
