A good 1000 kWh, or even a bit more, could be saved through optimizations on the system. We have also maximally saved 9000-10000 for years with about 150m2 but not really. Through optimizations and the technology in the house, it works.

I am so grateful for this thread! "Never change a running system" was/is my motto when it comes to building technology. We also have a Wolf... with a solar thermal system (300 liters) and controlled residential ventilation... so, what had to be back then... When we return from vacation, we will check everything first. Thanks to you, :)

Short interim message: : Together with Wolf, it was quite easy to turn off the heating circuit. The pumps are still operational. That used to be the summer setting. : I couldn't manage to implement the rest of a more economical programming quickly. You not only have to specify the type of heating but also the control system, and within this classification, you then need to know which circuit board was installed. The technical hotline can't help immediately with that. I had no choice but to photograph all the nameplates with a CE mark on them, some were well hidden, and to submit the inquiry in writing. The answer is not yet available. It might be difficult to transfer. It may be that manufacturers will make progress if they offer control systems that can be used as replacements. Best regards, Gabriele

So... the burner no longer starts? Can you explain briefly?

The storage tank has 2 separate areas, one for drinking water and one for heating, stagnant water. The burner is currently no longer serving the heating area. The setting was primitive, someone just has to tell you. To turn off: heating circuit on standby. To turn on: go through the menu again to the heating circuit, heating circuit on automatic, confirm. That’s how it had been set for 5 years. It could be that the pumps need to stay running in case the solar thermal system gets too hot and that needs to be dissipated. Since then, not a bit of gas has been consumed, I am now keeping track. Please remember: I know very little or nothing about heating systems.
