Thank you for the opinions. When installing in the attic, it should be considered whether to lay the cables directly to the rooms or to run them through the installation shaft.
I see no advantages to installation in the basement.
I do! Guys, do you know how hot it gets in a "cold" attic in summer? It can easily reach 60-70°, candles melt up there!

Sufficient air circulation around the devices must be ensured. The permissible ambient temperature range is -20°C .. +50°C
Whether I run 4 cables from the LNB to the multi in the technical room, or 4 cables from the multi in the attic to the rooms, makes no difference regarding airtightness.
If the multiswitch is placed in the basement, the individual rooms would not be accessed via the attic, so one would always remain within the airtight envelope. Thus, the vapor barrier would only need to be penetrated by the 4 cables.
