Sanitary company did not complete the job - what to do, experiences?

I don't think this needs to be discussed at all. There was enough time and we also didn't complain for a long time. We were busy enough with the renovation itself. Then I was in rehab for a long time with my children. But then we kept calling again and again over the months and were always just put off. Enough is enough now. First requested last year, commissioned in January, since May the panels have been in the basement and nothing happened anymore. We really waited a long time until we made ourselves clear.

The buffer tank is in place, the panels are hanging on the facade. On Monday, everything will be connected and then it should be finished. Even though it cost us a lot of nerves, at least it is done now and we can finally apply for the funding payout (so the disbursement, the funding itself of course was already applied for previously).
