Hello everyone,
I would like to install a skylight in my upper floor. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough space because it is a semi-detached house and here (in Bavaria) I have to maintain a 1.25m distance between the neighbor and the skylight. But if I push it that far in, the ceiling to the attic already comes into play.
Now I was thinking whether I could imitate something like that with an LED panel and a self-made window frame.
It’s always going to be somewhat frosted, but for me, it’s primarily about the light effect / lighting atmosphere.
So besides the very strong and large LED panel, you would also need a control system with a sensor that measures the current lighting conditions outside in order to imitate them.
Probably all super expensive or not feasible at all – but I thought I’d just write this down here.
Maybe someone has an idea. I just don’t want it to end up looking like a panel screwed to the ceiling.
Regards
Flo
