answered correctly. But the completely correct answer to your question would be: Yes or No. With this tiny excerpt, you can practically do nothing. A serious answer is impossible.

Unfortunately, I do not have more image material. It reassures me that, based on the visible measurements not being met in the image parts, etc., it is not yet possible to clearly say whether the company is out of the question in any cases. That gives some hope. The architect has mostly worked with the company so far and is convinced of the quality. Nevertheless, I have a somewhat uneasy feeling about this.

Why? What reasons are there for that? Just take significantly more photos tomorrow.

Unfortunately, there is already plaster on the walls now.

As a layperson, I am concerned about the sometimes slight brick offset, as shown here again in the cut-out. At least I understand your statements to mean that this does not necessarily have to be a problem that speaks against the company. By the way, it is a specialist company of the [Bauinnung] of a town. But that may not say much(?)

The overlap dimension must be 0.4h. At the marked points it is at least not that, I think I see even more, but that could also be due to the perspective.
That this was not done only in one row (possibly due to a trapped layer or an overhang for perimeter insulation or something similar) indicates to me that the contractors do not know this binding rule or do not care about it if it goes faster this way.
Both are red flags, because if they do not even follow this simple basic rule, what else might they be doing wrong?
However, it is manageable with very thorough checking. The question is whether that outweighs a possibly lower price or not. If I had another alternative at hand with better work samples, I would approach them again to see if something can be done about the price (provided that is the reason for the previous preference of the botcher).

What is supposed to be manageable when a floor is completely erected in 2 days? Surely no one will redo the 4th row from the bottom and the 3rd row from the top based on the builder’s feedback.
