Hello, I fully agree with the post by Erik_IEU. There is not much more to say about it:

Kfw 70 timber prefab house, highly insulated (standard in timber prefabrication) in combination with gas condensing boiler + solar is the normal standard solution and energetically sufficient. Everything else you add or pile on improves the balance but also drives up the costs. The weak point in the energy balance of a timber prefab house, with good German providers, is never the house itself, but the base plate or the basement. However, all manufacturers also have solutions for that.

Hello,

In my opinion, you should reconsider this statement carefully

Kind regards

That really helps me a little bit already in any case.

What we definitely want is underfloor heating, that also reduces consumption a bit, or am I mistaken there?

The annoying thing about gas is that I still need a tank, which is not the case with a heat pump.

With the heat pump, on the other hand, I have already been advised quite often against the compact units, but everything else costs a fortune right away.

And if I calculate that I have to take in about 18k more, that's about 65€ per month, and you can't save that much anymore, even with the best technology, right?

A underfloor heating system is a must if you want to heat energy-efficiently. Due to the low system temperature required by the underfloor heating, a gas condensing boiler also operates more efficiently. The condensing effect can only be fully utilized because of the low return temperature. Regarding the gas supply, I would definitely contact the energy provider. The supply areas of the energy companies are gradually being expanded. If it is clear that a supply will be possible in the foreseeable future, a tank would only be an interim solution that can be rented for this period.

Hello,

Mhm ... isn't it rather the case that gas suppliers increasingly end up stuck with their pipelines (development) and therefore often try to establish a gas connection as a "must"?

Kind regards

where we want to build, I believe there will never be gas either

We will now use an air heat pump 90% of the time
