Here you need a defined up/down/stop, and actually also feedback about the limit switch open/closed. I am not sure whether this is allowed to be operated without a safety device such as a light barrier, etc. You can make as many buttons as you want, just need a cable everywhere. However, they must also be within sight of the door (for safety reasons). There are also radio buttons from Hörmann that work like the remote control (additionally also with a numeric code, fingerprint, etc.).
