I assume that you did not apply the resin coating yourself.
In addition to expertise in surface preparation, experience in processing is also required.
After 1 year, the warranty claim would still be valid against the company. In that case, please refrain from any own dismantling measures.
Also, using a dispersion primer in connection with the problem you described is a good way to cause additional damage at the same spot. Someone who gives such advice has no idea about coating technology!
No remediation without knowing the (damage) causes. So first draft a written defect complaint and demand rectification.
The damaged area can be cut out up to the "healthy area" and rebuilt after sanding the substrate.
However, color differences are inevitable. Since it is a minor area, one should not expect a major compensation for optical irregularities!
