I'm not saying it's the end of the world, and it's not about how much, but that he is still rewarded for, in my eyes, not doing his work towards me in my interest.
That it might then only be enough for a pizza instead of a short vacation doesn't really make me feel sorry.

Yes, but seeing that in a context is complete nonsense. There may be bad apples, but ultimately the architect is supposed to work in your interest.

If that is always brought up, the trust is already deeply shaken and the cooperation should be terminated.

Normally, as I said, I wouldn't assume that he does it for the x euros. That's why I meant that it borders on irony if he still profits from work that is worse compared to mine. Of course, I don't want to accuse him of that now, but if it is normally usual that the heating engineer doesn't do this work at all, why does he then award it to him if he had a significantly better offer beforehand? The additional costs passed on to the client could also be shared.

Executor with name and hours are listed but I will still request how much and when what was done.

Normally, you negotiate a flat-rate offer and price. Then it doesn’t matter if it’s 2,000 euros cheaper here and 2,000 euros more expensive elsewhere.

But certainly not officially - and there are plenty of people who still do it according to [HOAI].
