If the floorboards stay in and I lay tiles on top, the floor will be that high and there will be edges at the transitions to the doors.

In the living room, for example, we leave the floorboards and use them as the floor.

Under the beams there is screed, right? If so, it would also be an option to remove the beams and then you can pour in anything. For example, screed or full-surface loose fill.

You can also lay the boards/planks between the beams, then the Fermacell boards will also have full-surface support and the construction height will be lower.

I also had that idea earlier. But then probably a leveling compound should be poured. To get an even surface.

This is how it is described on the fermacell page.

My carpenter also had an idea to loosen the floorboards and use them as a build-up surface.

With the leveling compound, you can then fill the gaps.

It would only be 2 rooms, a total of 25 sqm.
